INFORMATION NOTICE TO USERS OF ONLINE SERVICES ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO. 196/2003

In compliance with the provisions of Art. 13 of Legislative Decree of 30 June 2003, Giampaolo Robuschi, with registered office in Strada Sant’Anna 12, 43121 Parma, as Data Controller, informs users of the website www.bbparma-centro.it about the purposes and methods of processing the personal data collected, the scope of their communication and dissemination, as well as the nature of their provision.

DATA PROCESSED
Browsing

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but, by its very nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, the addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server response (success, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment. The data collected in this way may be used to ascertain liability in the event of any computer crimes against the site.

Data provided directly by the user:

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of data as requested in various sections of this website is used solely for the purpose of responding to user requests (purely by way of example and not exhaustively: when information or clarifications are requested by calling the numbers indicated on the site, by writing to the e-mail addresses on the site, or by filling in the appropriate form on the site). Specific summary information will be reported or displayed in the pages of the Site prepared for on-demand services, so as to draw the data subject’s attention to the processing of their personal data.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

With the exception of browsing data, which are necessary to implement IT and telematic protocols, the provision of personal data by users is free and optional. However, failure to provide such data will make it impossible to process the requests sent or that the user intends to send.

METHODS OF PROCESSING

Data processing is carried out using paper-based and electronic tools. Data are stored in paper and electronic archives with the adoption of the minimum security measures required by law.

COOKIES

No personal data of users are acquired on this site, nor are cookies used for the transmission of personal information. However, so-called anonymous cookies and, in some cases, persistent cookies are used, as described in the specific notice “Cookies Policy”, to which reference is made.

COMMUNICATION AND DISCLOSURE

The collected data will not be disclosed, sold or exchanged with third parties without the express consent of the data subject, except for any communications that are necessary in order to provide the requested service. The data may also be communicated to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

The data subject may exercise their rights as set out in Articles 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196, by contacting the Data Controller. In particular, pursuant to Article 7, the data subject has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning them exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in an intelligible form.

The data subject has the right to obtain:

a) the origin of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of processing;
c) the logic applied in the event of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools;
d) the identification details of the data controller, data processors and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
e) the entities or categories of entities to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who or which may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors or persons in charge of the processing.

The data subject has the right to obtain:

a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of the data;
b) the erasure, anonymization or blocking of data that have been processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processed;
c) certification that the operations referred to in points a) and b) have been notified, also as regards their content, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disclosed, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected.

The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

a) on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning them, even if relevant to the purpose of the collection;
b) to the processing of personal data concerning them for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
